To engage and source new creators, I would reach out via email/direct message. To do this, I would find creators who's values align with the companies through social media. Whether that be Tik tok, Instagram, or Linkedin. To organize content management, I would have an organized Google Document that is ready to share with creators. This will include daily postings, time of day, and algorithm tips and tricks. In addition, I would create Google Forms for potential creators to fill out to see if they are ready for the position.
