A STEM topic I’m passionate about is nutrition science, especially how it fuels performance and energy for active lifestyles like mine as a dancer and teacher. I love learning about ingredients, hydration, and how things like protein, electrolytes, and natural energy sources impact the body and brain. I’d incorporate it into my content by creating short, engaging videos that break down the science behind what I’m eating or drinking—like why a certain snack helps with muscle recovery, or how staying hydrated improves focus during long dance days. I’d mix in easy-to-understand tips with aesthetic visuals and personal routines, so it feels educational but still fun and relatable. My goal would be to help others (especially young athletes or busy students) understand how to take care of their bodies in smart, simple ways—without it feeling overwhelming or boring.

This summer, I’m keeping super busy in the best way! I’m teaching dance at Fancy Feet Dance Studio, which has been such a fun and rewarding experience. I’m also dancing myself and continuing to train whenever I can to stay strong and creative. Outside of the studio, I’m working on building my personal brand, connecting with companies I love, and exploring opportunities in content creation and brand partnerships. I’m also on the Siena College Dance Team, so I’m using the summer to prep for our upcoming season and stay active with team workouts and planning. It’s definitely a full schedule, but I love being busy doing what I’m passionate about!
