I enjoy the content, but the design is not attractive for me as a consumer. I believe the colors are not very well matched in the posts, making it hard to read what the package is stating. For example, in the “SPF” post I noticed that the package looks very bright — a client wouldn’t be able to easily read the information on it. On the other hand, there are interesting posts that would make me interested in your product — such as the “Poolside” one. There are a few more details that I would be happy to discuss over an interview if it would be of your team’s interest!

Which 2 companies do you think are doing a great job engaging their audience?
Duolingo and Rare Beauty. The former is majorly related to their original approach to social media — since Duolingo started interacting with its public through comments in a humorous fashion, plenty of other brands have followed their lead and started making content as the “intern” behind the brand. In Rare Beauty, I believe the reason for their success comes from the identity of the brand: Selena Gomez’s reasoning behind packaging and their engagement with social causes. Moreover, they are strongly connected to social media, a perfect combination that made their business explode in very little time.

How do you stay updated with the latest trends in social media marketing?
I believe the only true answer to this question would be consuming. One must enjoy social media interactions and be connected with the public they are trying to reach or engage with. As a woman and as someone who grew up with access to the internet, I have a lot of experience in different fields of the internet, varying from different fields and types of public throughout the years.
