I have helped sell products in my friend’s shop. It has made me confident and I approach customers with better service. It is important to appear warm and inviting so customers are comfortable. Taking care of customer needs is valuable to help them make the best purchase.

How would you engage a hesitant customer to try a new product?
I would smile warmly and make eye contact with the customer to draw them towards trying a new product. I would ask how they are doing and if they would like to try the product and let them know great information about the product to entice them while displaying the product in my hands and letting them see what they would be trying. I would let them know they can ask me anything and I would calm their concerns to encourage trying the product.
