Please talk about something you've done that demonstrates attention to detail.
I am currently working as a daytime manager at a very well-known LGBTQ+ bar and cultural space in the busiest part of Buenos Aires. Throughout my day, I have to talk to people of all ages and backgrounds in as much as four languages, I have to aid their stay in the bar to ensure that they have the most pleasant experience possible, I have to lead the girls in charge of tables and the kitchen staff as well. Throughout it all, my most important and risky task is to manage incoming and outgoing stock. From the moment I clock in to my very last minute, I am in charge of counting every beer can, every bottle of Pepsi, every french fry tray and pizza box that leaves the kitchen and then returns. I pay the exact amount to only the verified distributors and providers and ensure that not one ingredient or tool is missing at any given moment, and if it were, I have to be able to solve it within five minutes. In all my time as manager, not a single bill has gone without counting and we have never had an accident or incident that couldn't be solved.
What are important considerations for you when reviewing a product?
Accessibility and adaptability go hand-in-hand when it comes to reviewing the potential success of a product. Can I read the product in my phone as well as my laptop? Can I get the same experience if my phone isn't the last generation or the most expensive? But also, could someone with a visual disability be a part of this experience? Could someone with a hearing disability, or a learning disability, or someone with a differently abled body be as enriched by the product as me? Is it easily accessible by people from all countries? Does its aesthetic reach beyond temporary trends to really appeal not only to genuine GenZ but to Millenials and older as well? Does the message come off genuine and true, or does it feel like a desperate attempt to seem interesting and fun when it isn't/shouldn't be?

What is a wellness or beauty brand that has great social media presence? What sets them apart?
Although many wellness and beauty brands have surfaced or resurfaced recently with amazing content, nothing comes close (or ever will, in my opinion) to Rare Beauty.
Selena Gomez's Rare Beauty started out with two strong points: one, that it was Selena Gomez's, and two, that it advocated from the very beginning for destigmatization of beauty brands, something rare (pun intented) for such mainstream projects. Rare Beauty gives equal importance to its creators - and not just Selena, but the entire team of content creators and staff behind Rare Beauty - and what they all stand for. This, along with their very well planned social media presence in many platforms, puts Rare Beauty in the front of everyone's mind when thinking of relevant beauty brands today.
By focusing on and exploiting all the features their focus platform, TikTok, has to offer, as well as by building a strong presence of Selena's name along with the community behind and around Rare Beauty, and by embracing and promoting diversity, inclusion and empowerment, Rare Beauty appeals to people of all ages, from all backgrounds, beyond the barriers of ethnicity or race as well as different aesthetic purposes and styles. It's the go-to quality brand for people of all skills in the makeup area and will continue to be until another brand can manage to achieve such presence and build an equally large and loyal community.
