What is your favorite streaming platform and why?

My favorite streaming platform is HBO Max. They have some of the most popular shows right now like White Lotus and Euphoria as well as a decent selection of movies (although their shows definitely garner more hype).

What are the tools and / or advice that you learned as a teen that has supported you in your success?

The best tool I've used throughout my teenage years to improve myself is journaling! I've been journaling regularly since I was 13, and I'm now 21. Getting into the habit of reflecting and taking a few minutes a day to just jot down some thoughts has helped me immensely with emotion regulation, mindfulness, and self awareness. A piece of advice from my therapist that I always lean on during stressful or challenging experiences is: treat everything as information. With this mindset, instead of beating myself up for messing up or failing at something, I treat it like I've gained some new information about myself -- maybe I need to practice this skill more or perhaps this type of work is not a strength of mine and I can try something different. Treating everything like information has also been really helpful in regulating my emotions. Whenever I start feeling very anxious or upset, remembering this piece of advice helps me take a step back and try to look objectively at every situation to pinpoint what is making me feel that way rather than getting swept away by the emotions.
