When checking out new brands, I've got a checklist in my mind. Quality is key, and I want products that are durable and perform well. Reputation matters too; I dig deep into reviews to see if they've made others happy. But what really excites me is when a brand brings something fresh and unique to the table. Customer support is non-negotiable — I need to know they've got my back. Sustainability and ethics play a big role too; I want brands that care about the planet and treat workers fairly. And of course, pricing matters, but value for money is what I'm after. By considering all these factors, I make smart choices and offer valuable feedback as a product feedback specialist.
