I teach workout classes on campus as well as personal training. I also am a member of Greek life. In regard to my social media, I would incorporate them into my day in the life videos, what I eat in a day, and food recommendations for a balanced and high protein diet.

I am a competitive bodybuilder and fitness social media content creator. I also am very familiar with barebells. (I eat one almost everyday) I also had the experience as a college ambassador this past semester.
