What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness to me means to properly take care of my well being making sure I stay healthy, thus ensuring I can live longer happily and healthy. I do so by going to the gym on a regular basis and started going through a skin care routine. Of course that is all with a healthy diet, nothing to strict, you have to enjoy the little things.
