What makes a food video scroll-stopping and engaging?
Honestly, it’s all about the "scroll-stop." You have to hit them with something visually striking or a relatable question in the first two seconds—otherwise, they’re gone. Beyond the hook, it’s the pacing that keeps people around; nobody wants to watch a static shot for too long

How would you visually showcase fresh, local ingredients in a short video?
I’d frame this through a sensory-first lens, moving away from 'commercial' vibes to something more organic and relatable. I’d start with a point-of-view (POV) shot of me hand-picking a crate of berries or herbs at a local farmers market to instantly build that 'support local' connection with the audience shot then a video at home incorporating those ingredients
