Full Time Role: Customer Success Coordinator
Please share an experience where you managed a project from beginning to end.
I created a comprehensive list of services offered by my university. Each service had a short definition and explanation of services, point of contact, as well as other important information. This was then distributed as an educational tool, to inform students about what is currently offered at the university.

I am Scholarship Chair for Theta Chi Fraternity. Promote academic success through study hours and directing people to resources. I am Vice President of Scholarship for Interfraternity Council. Create events that encourage fraternities to get involved academically. I manage the front desk at the tutoring center. Check in and assist people who need tutoring assistance.
