Going Merry
Creator Program Member for Gmoji App

Have you created user-generated content before? Tell us about it.
Yes. I’ve created short-form UGC-style content for TikTok and Instagram, mainly focused on relatable storytelling and product integration. My experience includes filming, editing, and posting content that feels natural and native to the platform, not like traditional ads. I’ve also worked with different content styles like skits, talking head videos, and app demos depending on the goal of the campaign.Across my own account, Jooqi, I’ve grown to over 500,000 followers by consistently creating content that is optimized for engagement and retention while still feeling authentic.

What ideas do you have for creating engaging content for an app?
I would focus on showing real use cases of the app in everyday communication instead of just explaining it.One idea is “texting without Gmoji vs texting with Gmoji,” where I show how plain messages feel compared to more expressive ones. Another is reaction-style videos where I use custom emojis to respond to different situations, like group chats, school, or friends.I’d also use trends like POV skits to show how different personality types would text using Gmoji. The goal would be to make it feel like a natural part of how people already communicate.

What current TikTok trends do you think would work well for YOPE’s audience?
Trends that feel like real-life situations would work best for YOPE’s audience.Things like POV skits, “be honest” style confession videos, and character-based humor are strong right now because they feel personal and relatable. Also formats like “when your friend does ___” or “types of people in ___ situations” fit well with college life.Audio-based trends that allow quick acting reactions or exaggerations would also work, since they’re easy to turn into sketch characters and keep the pacing fast.
