what's your favourite meal to cook?
I am really passionate about cooking and ensuring to have all my meals sorted out for the week. Over the years, I have created a diverse menu to make sure I have a wide array of meals to choose from that also help me reach my health and fitness goals. Some of my signature meals include: chicken alfredo pasta, honey garlic chicken fried rice, Korean beef bowl, Shepards pie, marry me chicken pasta; however, my current favourite is my beef and sweet potato bowl. So easy to make, so nutritious as it includes other whole foods such as avocado and cottage cheese, so healthy, and so reliable!
