How would you describe a successful training Process?
A successful training process allows trainees the confidence to be able to work on their own, but at the same time doesn't completely abandon them. The door should always be open for clarifying questions and feedback. I think that successful training invests trust in trainees but also allows them to ask questions without the merits of their work or abilities questioned.
I know that I've trained or taught someone successfully when they feel the same confidence working independently as they would coming to me with a question. With this training 'attitude', eventually, they may not need me at all, leading to more independence in whatever role they are working in,

Have you ever created UGC content before?
Yes, for myself and also working as a social media intern. Working with Val Whiting, a former college basketball and WNBA player, I had the privilege of working on brand campaigns for Walmart, Dick's Sporting Goods, Always Menstrual Products, and even Hallmark. I started doing this type of work during the COVID-19 pandemic.
