Please share how you would successfully manage all responsibilities and clear communication with the influencers and pager team.
I would start with organization, write everything down and create a to do list and then organize everything by deadlines. After I'm fully organized I'll work on all projects right away and make sure to stay in contact with all parties everyday whether through a text message or email. I'll even write that down too when organizing.
