Can you share an experience where your data management skills positively impacted business operations?
During my internship at GM Financial in the Collections and Remarketing team, I worked on organizing and cleaning large sets of customer account data using Excel. By creating automated dashboards and applying filters to identify priority accounts, I helped streamline the team's daily workflow and reduced manual sorting time by over 30%. tell us about your previous customer service and/or executive assistant experiences
I have previous experience working in two restaurants in Mexico, where I developed strong customer service skills. In one, I worked as a bartender and waiter, and in the other, I served as a cashier and waiter. These roles taught me how to communicate effectively with customers, handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude, and always make sure guests felt welcome and well taken care of. This hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of what great customer service really means.
