I do not have a portfolio, however nutrition and fitness is very valuable to my life. As a college student, I try to remain very healthy and active. I cook nutritious meals often, walk everywhere and for miles a day, and workout at the gym or take hot yoga classes. For an entrepreneurship class, I did a 25-page paper on a proposal for a nutritional health and wellness app where I did extensive research on the industry and market and came up with a comprehensive business offering.

How do you stay current with social media trends and algorithm changes?
I make a concentrated effort to research trends and figure out what is popular in the algorithms currently. If I happen to be scrolling and see an unfamiliar trend, I dive deeper to figure out when it started and who started it, how popular it is currently, and how people are reacting to it. Also, investigating which influencers are hopping on the trend is a key way to analyze its longevity.
