I believe that it’s important to be honest and transparent when doing product reviews. I would explain my reasons for not liking the product, highlighting any concerns or aspects that led to my decision. I would also ask the gig organizer for guidance on how they would like me to proceed, whether they prefer I continue with the review or take an alternative approach.
