I recently downloaded the emerging social media app, BeReal, and I really enjoy it! However, their social media presence is virtually nonexistant. I would develop a theme for their Instagram, centering how BeReal strives to be a casual and real platform rather than other social media platforms. Their Instagram would consist of posed vs non-posed content in the form of "Instagram vs reality" photos. Their Twitter would be a series of funny, relatable tweets that don't necessarily promote the app outright, but just get people to enjoy the brand's content. Their TikTok should have content of people poking fun of funny moments when they get their BeReal notification. I would also recommend they hire influencers to show how the app works and show their other influencer friends on the app.

Journaling is multi-faceted for me. I journal daily to organize tasks and feel productive. I journal to keep track of goals and so I can look back on my progress. I also journal for my own well-being. I focus on manifesting, my feelings, and gratitude. It helps me feel connected to myself and my environment. I feel more like myself when I've journaled about my feelings and I'm aware of them.
