What’s your approach to improving content based on feedback or analytics?
My approach to improving content is to treat feedback and analytics like a guide for what’s next. I look at what’s working by checking watch time, comments, and shares to see what people really connect with. If a video doesn’t do well, I go back and figure out what I could change, like the hook or the pacing. I also pay close attention to what people say in the comments because that’s real feedback from the audience. Then I try out small tweaks and see how they perform. It’s all about learning, growing, and keeping my content real.

When you get a creative brief, how do you make it feel authentic?
When I get a creative brief, I start by finding the personal connection — what part of the message actually relates to my life or experiences. Then I build the content around that so it feels real, not scripted. I’ll usually reword the talking points into how I’d naturally say them in conversation and mix in my own humor or style. I also make sure the visuals and tone match how I normally post, so it blends into my regular content instead of feeling like an ad. That way, the brand’s message still comes through, but it feels genuine and authentic to me.

What’s your process for coming up with hooks that stop people from scrolling?
When I’m coming up with hooks, I always think about what would make me stop scrolling. I start by identifying a relatable problem, emotion, or moment — something that instantly connects with viewers, like “You ever start studying and end up cleaning your whole room instead?” Then I build curiosity or humor around it in the first few seconds. I also pay attention to trending sounds, viral formats, or strong visual openers (like bold captions or quick cuts) to grab attention right away. My goal is to make people think, “Wait, that’s so me,” and keep watching to see what comes next.
