Please share how you would successfully manage all responsibilities and clear communication with the influencers and pager team.
I would manage all responsibilities by using resources such as Google Sheets so I can make self to do lists and go through them. For instance, for the negotiations with creators, I would make a list of creators to reach out to and upon reaching out/ getting a response, I could track it on Google Sheets. Also, based on due dates, I would split up my responsibilities and get a certain amount of work done until completion. I would deliver clear communication with the team by being alert and reporting anything unordinary as well as ask questions to avoid any issues.
