Have you ever sold something online or in person? Share an example, big or small. Talk about what you learned from that selling experience

Yes, I’ve sold both in person and online. With my family’s food business, I sold plates through social media promotion and direct engagement. I also sold cars at CarMax, where I learned the importance of active listening and clear communication. From both experiences, I realized that successful selling isn’t about pushing a product — it’s about understanding what people want, building trust, and catering to their needs.

What's your video creation process? How do you usually get your inspirations?

My video creation process starts with real-life experiences and moments I can turn into relatable content. I usually record from the heart, which keeps my videos authentic, vulnerable, and engaging. To stay consistent, I schedule time to film, but I let inspiration flow naturally from what I’m living and experiencing.

Tell me about a piece of content you made that got more engagement than usual. What do you think made it successful?

One of my most engaging posts was when I shared about being laid off. It gained traction because I was open and vulnerable, and many people could relate to that experience. I think it was successful because it built an emotional connection — people felt seen, and that’s what drives real engagement
