How do you reset after a long day of classes?
After a long day of classes I like to take care of myself by going to the gym, ordering food to my dorm and eating in, taking a long shower, doing my skincare routine, doing my hair, making a cup of tea, and watching a show or reading a book.

A dorm hack that I swear by is using my Sunday to mentally and physically reset. This includes self-care, such as face/hair masks, and cleaning, such as laundry and vacuuming. It really does start me off right for the rest of the week.
