In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?
I stay calm, listen actively to understand their concerns, and respond respectfully with solutions that address the issue. If needed, I involve a supervisor to make sure the customer feels heard and supported.

What clubs/organizations are you involved with at your school?
I am involved in a theatre organization on my campus that produces a full length student ran musical during the spring semester. All of the actors, people on crew, and in the pit being first years and transfer students and then all of the staffer positions are held by upperclassmen. This current year I am serving as the Assistant director. As well as I work for a nonprofit coffee shop in my universities non denominational church.
