Tell us a story about your journey related to hair or gut health?

I used to have difficulty wrapping my head around the concept of eating... I knew I had to eat to live, and nutrients were good for me, but a part of me felt that it was gross to have to put food into my mouth just to turn it to mush before swallowing it down into an acid bath. At the time, I didn't realize that I actually just had a minor eating disorder and was trying to brainwash myself into thinking food was gross as a means to lose weight. After I started college and living on my own, I realized that cooking for myself and making healthy, nutritious meals that not only looked good but tasted good was a form of self care. I wanted to treat myself well by putting in effort to make it look pretty, but also by putting in whole foods, plant based foods, and foods high in protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and all that jazz. I also learned around that time that a healthy gut also leads to a healthy emotional and mental being, so I challenged myself to eat more foods high in probiotics and prebiotics to see if I could change my view on life. I believe it works. And I believe in natural remedies to heal illnesses within before relying on medicine. After happily consuming a lot of kimchi, natto, Greek yogurt, Yakult, and more, I can tell how much my relationship with food has healed and how much happier I am to put such healing foods in my body.

What product would you be most excited to try? Choose Probiotics for Gut Health, Hair Supplement for Hair Health, or Both

I would love to try both! I want to see how a healthy microbiome in my gut would improve my overall emotional and physical health, and I would also like nice hair.
