Current Gen Z individuals think about work as a smaller portion of there life. They think that there careers are important but living life as more important and so there top priorities when applying to jobs are the work life balance as well as the pay. Typically we want a job that has a meaningful purpose to us with good flexibility, high pay, and something that can build our skills to eventually become business owners. Something that ive seen a lot of my peers do is go out of the country or apply and get hired by foreign companies due to typically there better work environments than American companies. Often these foreign jobs have relatively high pay, a potential for a remote job option, and massive flexibility when it comes to working. This fits in well with how the majority of Gen Z individuals think about working as it meets there perfect work-life balance.

I would increase your social media presence. While there is an Instagram it doesn't seem like you all have a tiktok. In the current market especially with tiktok shop now being a thing a lot of brands are making money off of having a tiktok and tiktok shop account where people scrolling can purchase the item they see directly on the sight increasing sales.
