What does your meditation and/or breathwork practice look like?
My meditation is super simple. I am a big fan of use grace to center myself. I do a practice called the grateful flow. How this works is I clear my mind of anything else and just start to think of things in my life that I am grateful. I usually like to start out with somewhat superficial things - I am often grateful for my hair. Then, I move to more important aspects of my life, like my relationship with my mom for example. As these things begin to pile up in my mind I imagine a beam of energy - the grateful flow - shining down from the sky and into the top of my head. It turns from individual things I am grateful for to an overall appreciation for life and it always seems to get me to good place

Share one creative way to build a community around Open on your campus.
Absolutely! As a dedicated student with a background in club baseball at UCLA, I'm thrilled to propose "Mindful Movement Meetups" to build Open's campus community. Drawing from my athletic experience, these events will combine mindfulness with sports activities. We'll kick off with a mindfulness session, followed by a friendly athletic activity that reflects Open's values. Through this dynamic approach, we'll promote camaraderie, personal growth, and Open's vision while staying active and engaged. Let's create a vibrant community together!
