Culture and Operations Intern(In-person NYC)
How would you help make someone feel welcome and comfortable on their first day in a new office?
I would give them space and time to transition into their environment. I would also make sure there is a coffee and a good lunch. If they are a talented teammate-- flight reimbursement or well made travel plans for them as well + hotel to visit. I have been treated this way in hospitality for hackathons and other tech company events. It feels good.

Tell me about a time you noticed something wasn’t working well in a shared space or team environment. What did you do to fix it?
I do an analysis of the problems and get it written down and I would come up with presentation style slides to tell management or my teammates how we could work to resolve things. I'm interested in speaking with someone from HR with ResortPass to see if I could work with you full-time :)
