Furthermore, seeing the person that made the comments adds validity to their commentary, increasing the likelihood that viewers will trust the brand.

They post often across Instagram and TikTok, the two most popular social media platforms for Gen Z and Millennials. Their branding suite is cohesive across these platforms (bold red and white with the occasional black) that is both minimalistic and memorable. Their relatable content calls for their audience to connect with them through comments and through sharing (which is the most powerful marketing mechanism since its through the word of mouth of someone you already know and trust).
