I think the most important is getting to know the algorithms, knowing when to post and what to post to grab people’s attention.

What role do you play in a group setting? (leader, introvert, strategist)
Definitely depends who I am with! When I am with introvert people I can totally be more of a leader, but I might take less place if someone is stepping up! I’m also always open to everyone’s suggestions and options when being the leader!
