How do you identify influencers that fit a brand’s audience?
I would identify influencers that fit a brand's audience by first doing research about the brand, studying their voice and image, then seeing any past partnerships they have done to see the type of people they historically work with. I would then look into similar producers and how they are conducting influencer marketing, and find people who seem to have experience doing such content form there.

What social media platforms do you find most effective for influencer outreach?
I would say Instagram and TikTok are the most effective for influencer outreach because that is what most Millennial and Gen Z people use for social media making it more reachable to the brands target market.
