I do not have any prior experience operating a social media account. With this though, I feel I have a great understanding of operating a business/company through my social media accounts. I love interacting with my followers through different methods like polls, surveys, and overall personal opinions people like to share. With previous experience editing videos through programs like iMovie, I have great confidence in being able to create interesting content that appeals to different audiences across various platforms.

There are some aspects that I feel are strong on the social media aspect for NIL Clubs. Aspects like showing student-athletes first-hand accounts and overall outreach of the social media accounts are already at a high level. One of the things I would run differently on NIL Clubs' social media accounts is being more consistent in uploading content. Whether it be weekly or daily posts, this is something that I feel would be very important in increasing outreach and interactions. In addition, I would also take advantage of algorithms and "trends" going on in every social media platform we post on. Instagram and TikTok would be the ones I would focus on the most with this as their algorithms and trends allow for multiple opportunities to increase outreach.

Most of the content I have created so far is creating sports articles that appeal to everyone. Currently writing game recap articles for the Knox College women's basketball team, I have felt the need to move on to sharing my content on all social media platforms.
