When it comes to big projects, I find it is importantly to account for everyone and how they are feeling regarding it. I had an experience where a partner was very overwhelmed by the project’s components, and I took the time to listen to their concerns and find an adequate solution. Because of this, we formed a strong bond and were able to finalize the project, as well as create a friendship.
