Plesae share an example of how you're a leader in your community

As the Marketing and Design Head for UCLA's largest data science club, I've created quarterly Instagram campaigns, with biweekly graphics or short form videos. I managed to increase engagement by 352% through gathering feedback from our members and using Instagram Analytics to refine our social media posts, and highlight our members and sense of community. An example was a member expressing that they did not know what the different branches of our club did, and what projects members would be involved in. As such, I ideated campaigns to feature key projects in our club, and showcased events our members did together on our social media, which resulted in positive feedback from new and old members, generating a 20% growth in social media following.

If you were responsible for bringing new users 20/m new user on to Uber one how would you do it?

Use a combination of in person events, advertisements and social media. A possible in person event would having a promo code for UCLA students, allowing them to try out Uber One for free; giving out free food if they sign up to highlight the benefits with UberEats would also be an incentive for students to sign up whilst walking to college.

Online, highlighting key benefits through UberOne through a combination of graphics and short form videos would be great, and adapting to media trends. I would also reach out to campus content creators and collaborate with them to further our campaigns.
