How would you describe your knowledge of menstrual health? Do you feel informed on proactive and preventative health measures?
I would say that I am starting to break into the menstrual health sphere. As a woman myself, I do have basic knowledge, but I am seeking opportunities to be able to deepen that knowledge to not only help myself but to help other people. Our menstrual health is an extremely important and integral part to who we are and it is vital that we do what we can to educate ourselves and spread more awareness.
