What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness to me means a creating and maintaining plan that can permanently improve your life and mental health, it can be through dieting or working towards a goal. I integrate it into my life by working towards my goals and making it a positive and fun journey instead of a simply hard one.
