How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?

I will hold members accountable for completing tasks on time by first ensuring that I clearly communicate important deadlines before I delve into the tasks I'm delegating. Throughout the implementation process, I will regularly schedule meetings where we discuss individual members’ progress, any important updates/changes to make, and questions/concerns. Depending on the scale and urgency of the project, we may meet monthly, weekly, or even daily. As the deadline approaches, I will send out regular reminders and make myself available if members have any last-minute questions/concerns. Last, but not the least, after the completion of the project, I will have all team individuals complete an accountability form where they identify specific tasks they were in charge of and offer any suggestions to improve overall team productivity for the future. This will maintain the overall integrity of the group, ensuring that everyone contributes a reasonable amount of effort for following projects.
