I would increase engagement on the account by staying on top of popular videos/trends and engaging with popular content/creators while also selling our product(If appropriate).

How would you handle negative comments on the TikTok account?
I would find a way to turn the negativity into a light hearted joke or I would thoroughly read the negative comments to try to solve the situation and respond with kindness to their fustration.
