Firstly, I will identify the niche that you are looking for and what exactly do you want from the creator. Secondly, I will reach out to various creators keeping your requirement as a benchmark for them as soon as any of them succeeds I will reach out to them stating the offer not the last amount but trying to reduce the content amount.
