How do you stay ahead of TikTok trends?
With my wicked sense of wit and humour...Is what I want to say; however, it is much more analytical than that. I would analyze the For You Page, specifically paying attention to the small creators. If I can pattern spot the same sound, format, or joke appearing two or three times, that is usually an early sign.
More about sound, it has to be saved the moment it feels familiar but not overused. The audios that are prevalent on big time creator's pages or Instagram Reels are already crusty and dusty and will not get you the big views that I know your company wants. To stay ahead, we have to repurpose sound for our own usage, even if that means pushing the boundaries of what's considered conventional audio.
For hooks, it is all about the format and style. Personally, I consider editing style, caption structure, or storytelling elements to all be a part of the hook. Measuring the success of the hook is easy, you observe the reactions in the comments. If viewers suggest a part 2 or doing it from another perspective, then you listen to them. Listening to your viewers will create authenticity, and that is hard to come by these days.
Lastly, TikTok is not the end-all be-all platform; trends can be born elsewhere. X usually is the first place where memes are born, Instagram Reels are for aesthetics, and Reddit is for wild and wacky ideas that are backed up by long-forms. If we use TikTok as the amplifier for now-unknown trends, I believe we can recognize which ones fit your company voice and jump in on them before they become a thing of the past

What elements make a TikTok hook irresistible to Gen Z viewers?
The first element that catches my attention is the audio choice. As a member of Gen Z myself, I am aware that my age group doesn't hear sound on TikTok, they recognise it and unconsciously associate it with a trend or group it with a relevant video-theme. Audio sets an emotional expectation within the first second, and because Gen Z scrolls with sound on, audio becomes the best way to hook viewers on content.
The second element is the drama portrayed in the hook. I love stumbling across content that creates instant narrative pressure, even if it's subtle. If there is a suggestion of "tea" unfolding, I will stop scrolling because I am drawn to conflict, shock, or emotional tension. If I can write you a hook that taps into authenticity and transparency, I guarantee I will increase your average viewing count.

How do you ensure your online reviews are genuine and impactful?
I believe trust is the real game. Let's be honest, when we look at reviews, we have to evaluate the spectrum and make a decision based on our gut feeling. For me, if I see a product has a mixture of 3–5-star reviews, it actually increases the product's credibility. I believe that trust is crucial when it comes to making decisions. In contrast, a product with only 5-star reviews makes me sceptical, as it seems unrealistic.
When I write an online review, I take the time to reflect on how the product has positively or negatively impacted my life. I then condense those reflections into stories and include pictures to reflect authenticity. By doing this, I ensure that my review is genuine and accurately represents my feelings about the product. I will follow the same method when reviewing your cuticle oils.
