Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.

While working in customer service at a high-end grocery store on the Upper East Side, I often interacted with clients who had very specific expectations. One instance that stands out was when a customer was upset about a product being out of stock. Instead of just saying we didn’t have it, I listened to their frustration, acknowledged their concerns, and offered alternative products along with the option to special-order the item for them. By staying calm and solution-focused, I was able to turn the conversation around, and the customer left satisfied. That experience taught me how important it is to listen actively and provide clear solutions when handling challenging client interactions.

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple clients?

When I’m managing multiple clients, I prioritize by looking at what’s most urgent and what will have the greatest impact on the project. I keep tasks organized with project management tools, which helps me stay on top of deadlines. I also make it a point to keep communication open with clients and teammates, so if priorities shift, I can adjust smoothly without missing any deadlines.

What’s your typical turnaround time from receiving a product to delivering content?

Typically 5–7 days. That gives me time to plan the concept, film, and edit so the content feels polished but still fresh. If needed sooner, I can usually turn around quicker depending on the project.
