Are you lactose intolerant? Have you taken Lactaid pills in the past? If so, please share your experience navigating this restriction.
I am lactose intolerant and I’ve tried a good amount of lactaid pills from cvs brand to lactaid brand pills and they do seem to work but they only last for so long and it’s a hassle having to take these pills and transport them every time I want to consume dairy.
