How well the product holds to what it says it can perform. I normally like to determine what would make this quality amazing by comparing it to other similar products and performing a ranking. For example, when I enter the restaurant the experience and food are what I am purchasing. However, grading on certain aspects such as the quality of the food and restaurant helps me create a reliable grading system I reference previous experiences to other similar places I have visited.
