Interview Questions
Lasting Brilliance
Content Creator for Lasting Brilliance

What's your video creation process? How do you usually get your inspirations?
My video creation process is rooted in creativity, playfulness, and staying in tune with current trends. I also manage social media for a popular restaurant on my college campus, which has helped me develop a strong sense of what catches attention and feels authentic to student life. I usually start by brainstorming ideas based on what’s trending on TikTok or Instagram, then add my own twist—whether it’s a silly concept, an aesthetic setup, or a storytelling angle that feels relatable. I love experimenting with different formats like voiceovers, transformations, and reaction-style videos to keep content fresh and engaging. My goal is always to create something that feels fun, visually appealing, and shareable.

Tell me about a piece of content you made that got more engagement than usual. What do you think made it successful?
One piece of content I created that performed exceptionally well was a video featuring creative and inexpensive date night ideas specifically for college students. It gained high engagement because it was relatable, budget-friendly, and offered fun suggestions that felt authentic to student life. I believe its success came from understanding my audience and delivering content that was both useful and visually engaging. I’d bring that same creative strategy to Lasting Brilliance by producing original, fun, and aesthetic videos that showcase the flowers in ways that resonate with viewers—whether through storytelling, trends, or transformations. I’m confident in my ability to consistently create content that connects and performs well across platforms.
Uber
Uber Back to School Brand Ambassador - University of Delaware

How would you approach promoting Uber's Back-to-School Activation to students?
To promote Uber’s Back-to-School Activation, I would take a multi-event approach that taps into student interests and campus culture. One key event would be a “Spin & Sign Up” pop-up, where students can spin a prize wheel after signing up for Uber One—this format has worked incredibly well in my sorority, drawing huge crowds and creating excitement. I’d also highlight the student benefits of Uber One, like discounted rides and priority support, through tabling events, social media posts, and collaborations with Greek life and student orgs. By combining interactive experiences with clear messaging around the value of Uber One, I’d create a fun and informative campaign that drives sign-ups and builds lasting brand awareness on campus.
