In a previous role, I had a client who was upset about a delay in receiving information they needed. Instead of reacting defensively, I listened carefully to their concerns and acknowledged their frustration. I then explained the situation clearly, gave them a realistic timeline, and followed up with updates so they knew I was actively working on their request. By staying calm, patient, and professional, I was able to turn the interaction into a more positive experience and maintain their trust.

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple clients?
I prioritize tasks based on the date it needs to be completed by. It is essential to ensure tasks get completed by the day they are due and I do this by ensuring to stick to a schedule that ensures everything is done in a timely manner.
