I provide details about everything I notice impacting the user experience, from packaging to quality of bottle to the effectiveness of the product itself. With products like cuticle oils, I would be sure to note qualities like scent, viscosity, and absorption. I would also note any adverse skin reactions while expressing that everybody's skin is different and it could work for someone else.
