What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
I personally find so much joy in ensuring I am prioritizing my mental and physical wellness! I do this by journaling at least once a week and making sure I am getting in any sort of exercise possible!

What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
Instantly my mind went straight to Netflix but I think that's because the answer feels comfortable. Realistically, I have enjoyed HBO Max a lot as the pricing is affordable and they keep up to date with shows and movies! I love how they add new movies as soon as they can it's awesome!
