I have been in a fitness journey since 2018 through 2021. I have attempted to get into certain products that will help enhance my health and as well as boost my energy during my workouts. I have also been lacking in and out of fitness due to my energy. Although it has not stopped me to continue to work to get back into my fitness journey and attempt a new products

Wellness introduces many factors especially when putting your well-being first. Prioritizing needs is how it will reflect any persons life. Therefore, trying different activities that interests me is me putting my wellness first. Taking care of what I want and how I will continue to overcome achieving my goals.
