Can you share an example of how you successfully helped someone who struggled using your product or service?
When I interned with University of Michigan Athletic Department, patrons would come into the office with questions about how to purchase and manage their tickets. I sat with them and walked them through the process to download tickets and add them to their apple wallet, or helped them navigate their ticket purchases by identifying their needs and finding the right ticket package for them.

How would you approach building a relationship with someone who actively uses our product but hasn’t interacted with you directly?
I would leverage the consumer data in the company database, and reach out via email to ask for their feedback, and incentivize with a monetary of physical reward for their participation. I would make the message personalized to increase customer responsiveness.
