What is a wellness or beauty brand that has great social media presence? What sets them apart?

A beauty brand that has a great social media presence is Bubble Skincare! They are a great example of a brand that has great promotion via their own accounts as well as through UGC. What sets them apart is their brand ambassador program, where they cultivate 3 different age groups (tweens, college students, and parents) to receive feedback, content, and product ideas from. This allows them to not only specifically target their desired consumers in terms of sales but engage with them as well. Whenever a brand claims to be Gen-Z focused, I always look to see how they engage with their consumers. If they consistently reach out via surveys, group chats, and challenges, I know that they are engaged with their community and genuinely interested in the feedback that they receive. Bubble is a brand with a proven track record of engaging with its audience and existing network of ambassadors.

What product would you be most excited to try? Choose Probiotics for Gut Health, Hair Supplement for Hair Health, or Both

The Hair Supplements! I have curly hair and I spend a lot of time maintaining and styling it. I try to use products to increases its strength and vitality as well. A supplement that comes in gummy form is also great for me, as I'm a commuting student. A gummy is great for being on the go!

You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?

I remain honest in my review and include it as part of the deliverable. Personally I believe that having a range of reviews from positive to negative actually helps to legitimise a brand! It makes it clear that real consumers have tried the product. In my review, I would be clear about why I didn't like the gummies- e.g., the taste wasn't my favourite, but I did see results, or how the convenience was excellent but the product wasn't the best for my personal health needs.
